Nancy Hardesty kept extensive notes from the eight-year period when she and her husband managed four soccer teams simultaneously, and has translated these notes into a lively and action-packed soccer mom autobiography, Soccer Central. The eight sweaty years included hundreds of soccer games and hundreds of meals for the players, several live-in coaches, adolescent boy trials and tricks, and the poignant reflections of a soccer mom shepherding 60 boys into manhood. The author is currently collecting a 15-year update from each of the 60+ soccer players, and will summarize this information in the book.
